Poured in Small Batches in Cashmere, Washington
Harris Leather Conditioner is made in small batches using a straightforward process.
Each batch is measured, melted, and blended by hand before being poured into tins.
Small Batch Production
We produce in batches of approximately 200 tins at a time.
Working in smaller batches allows for consistency from one run to the next and ensures each tin meets the same standard.
Poured by Hand
Once the blend is ready, it is poured by hand into each tin.
This allows for control over the fill and finish, and keeps the process simple and repeatable.
Finished and Labeled
After the balm has set, each tin is inspected and labeled by hand.
No automation. No shortcuts.
A Practical Process
The process is intentionally simple.
Quality materials, measured carefully, and handled with attention from start to finish.
The goal is not to make it complicated — just to make it right.
